Yamazaki Taneji Shoten & Company, a rice wholesaler, founded.
1940
Taneji Yamazaki acquired the management rights of Tatsumi Warehouse Co., Ltd.
1950

Stock listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Yamatane Beikoku Co., Ltd. (Rice refining and whole sale company) established.

1962
Real estate operations began.
1984

Company name changed to Yamatane Sangyo Co., Ltd.

Overseas Moving business started.

1987
Taiwan rep. office established.
1990
Thailand rep. office established.
1993
Joined membership for OMNI (Overseas Moving Network Int'l; Int'l Moving Association).
1995
Company name changed to "Yamatane Corporation".
2001
Acquired FAIM (FIDI Accredited Int'l Movers; Quality standard for Int'l moving industry) as the first moving company in Japan.
2004
JIMA (Japan Int'l Moving Association) was founded and Mr. Takahashi, Director of Yamatane was elected as the first chairman.
2005
Sponsored for United Buddy Bears, "2005-2006 Deutschland in Japan".
2006

Started "Whole-stock cargo control system" using a portable data terminal as the first company in the office moving in Japan.

Acquired the Privacy Mark.

2007
International Logistics Headquarters started.
2008

Shanghai, China rep. office established.

Hanoi, Vietnam rep. office established.

2010
Gungzhou, China rep. office established.
