- Our moving coordinator, fluent in English and experienced in the moving business will visit your home prior to your move and create a moving plan following a survey of your belongings.
- Yamatane will be in charge of all the procedures prior to your move, so that you will not have to worry about any preparations.
- Furniture, antiques and art will be treated with the utmost care by our experienced packing staff.
- We will make sure that all areas used by us, including shared spaces such as corridors, elevators and the entrance area are protected from any damage.
- The coordinator and supervisor are fluent in English.
- Upon arrival, Yamatane will take care of all the unpacking and setting up of your belongings as well as any left-over packing material.
- Being environmentally conscious, we will recycle or re-use our packing materials such as boxes, plastic wrapping etc..
