Extensive Portfolio of Prime Properties Centered in Central Tokyo
We’re actively pursuing redevelopment of Yamatane Group-owned land and acquisition of new properties, operating numerous office and commercial buildings, logistics and commercial facilities, and parking lots centered in central Tokyo. We provide highly convenient real estate facilities tailored to each location’s unique characteristics. To further enhance the utilization of our properties, we’re developing cross-company usage strategies, monetizing idle real estate or selling it, and replacing older properties with newer ones.
Growth Investment Through Real Estate Securitization
We’re also preparing to launch real estate securitization operations. By securitizing some of our properties, we’ll generate funds for growth investments while periodically reviewing the classification between inventory and fixed assets to systematically realize unrealized gains. We’ll also explore purchasing new properties and selling existing ones to improve capital efficiency.

  • Planning Large-Scale Development Projects

    We’re planning the redevelopment of Shinjuku Sanei Building and the Etchujima business site in Koto-ku, Tokyo. Shinjuku Sanei Building enjoys a prime location just five minutes’ walk from JR Shinjuku Station. As the 50-year-old building ages, we’re considering rebuilding it into a facility with higher growth potential and profitability. The Etchujima business site spans approximately 10,000 tsubo (roughly 33,000 square meters) in a prime location serving as the gateway to Koto-ku, with development potential that leverages its waterfront setting. We published our Grand Vision in collaboration with external experts in May 2025. Looking ahead to the Etchujima development, we’re also exploring new initiatives to deepen our expertise, including joint ventures with developers, equity investments, and M&A activities.   • Strengthening CRE Strategy
    Through Absorption-Type Merger with Yamatane Real Estate

    We completed an absorption-type merger with Yamatane Real Estate Co., Ltd. in February 2025. By consolidating the company’s operations and real estate into the parent company, Yamatane, we can implement more agile CRE strategies※ and improve capital profitability from a long-term perspective.
