We disclose information promptly in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the Timely Disclosure Rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Additionally, even for information not subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules, we shall proactively and promptly disclose information we believe is necessary or useful for understanding our company.

(2) Information Disclosure Methods

For information subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules, we follow those rules by first providing advance explanation to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, then releasing the information through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDNet) provided by the Exchange and through media outlets, and promptly posting it on our company website. We also provide information that we believe will deepen understanding of our company quickly through our website and media outlets.

(3) Quiet Period

To ensure fairness, we observe a “quiet period” before earnings announcements during which we refrain from commenting on or responding to inquiries about our financial results. However, even during this quiet period, if we determine that significant changes to our performance are expected, we shall promptly disclose that information. We shall respond to questions regarding information that has already been publicly announced.
