Q
Following their arrival in Japan, how many days will it take for my belongings to be delivered to my house?
A
The following are estimates for how long it takes for your belongings to be delivered:
By Sea

FCL (Full Container Load) 5-7 business days
LCL (Less Than Container Load) 7-10 business days

By Air

2-3 business days

Q
Will you assemble my furniture?
A
Our moving staff will carry out simple assembly. More complex assembly is taken care of by expert workers. However, please be aware that there may be cases when we cannot assemble new furniture or IKEA style ready-to-assemble items.

Q
Will you collect the packing materials used?
A
On the day of delivery we will only collect the materials used for that particular delivery.

Q
I would like to know more about the customs procedures for tobacco and alcohol.
A

Please check the Japanese Customs website for more details.

Q
In Japan, can I use electric appliances that I used to use back home?
A
Since the voltage in Japan is set to 100V, products that are not designed for multi-voltage use cannot be used. A voltage transformer may help, however in some cases it is cheaper to buy a new product than a transformer.
